## Symptoms

- * Tracsrvwrapper crashes when checking the desktop policy size. Tracsrvwrapper is one of the components of the Windows VPN client that is responsible for client side authentication and connection with VPN service.  

* trac.log shows: "TrFirewallStep::EnforceFirewallPolicyOnConnect: trac.config is not sych with vsconfig, restart flow and download file"
