## Symptoms

- * File upload over HTTP or FTP through Security Gateway is slow or fails.

* Kernel debug ('`fw ctl debug -m fw + tcpstr drop`') shows:

  * `fwpslglue_handle_psl_event: exception occured, event_code 8 event name "TCP stream has reached its maximum allowed segments. Packet dropped.", packet_action DROP, ...`
  * `... dropped by cphwd_pslglue_handle_packet Reason: PSL Drop: TCP stream has reached its maximum allowed segments. Packet dropped.`

## Cause

The current allocated PSL buffer for this traffic reached its limit.
