## Symptoms

- * SmartEvent GUI is not able to connect to the new SmartEvent server after disabling the '`SmartEvent Server`' blade / '`SmartEvent Server Correlation Unit`' blade / '`SmartReporter`' blade on the old server and enabling these blades on the new server.

* Debug of CPSEMD daemon (per [sk95153](http://supportcontent.checkpoint.com/solutions?id=sk95153)) on the new SmartEvent server shows:

`[CPSEMD] Failed to get myself object by sic name from sem_network_objects table. Try to reconnect.`
* \[CPSEMD\] Failed to get myself object by sic name from sem_network_objects table after reconnection too. Check if sem_network_objects table exists and contains the object.

## Cause

'`sem_network_objects`' table may be corrupted.
