## Symptoms

- * SmartView Tracker logs show repeated HTTP connections from Security Gateway to IP address 103.5.198.210 or 84.39.153.31 or 84.39.152.31.

* DNS Resolve services (e.g., who.is, apnic.net, arin.net) show that the IP addresses are owned by Commtouch company (c12resolver.ctmail.com).

## Cause

The Security Gateway is communicating with a 3rd party partner for URL Filtering cloud information.
