# sk102129 - UserCheck page is not displayed

## Symptoms

- * UserCheck page is not displayed as per Application Control/URL FIltering policy.  

* Kernel debug (*fw ctl debug -m fw + drop tcpstr conn vm* ) shows the following:   

  `[fw4_0];vm_mux_first_packet: Defining conditions for vm_mux activation. Destination port = 80;`  
  `[fw4_0];vm_mux_first_packet: is_other_ssl_port= 0 ;`  
  `[fw4_0];vm_mux_first_packet: we are on visitor mode = 0 (vm port= 0);`  
  `[fw4_0];vm_mux_first_packet: Number of active portals = 1;`  
  `[fw4_0];vm_mux_first_packet: Connection is for http(s)? = 0 (`**allow redirect = 0**`);`  
  `[fw4_0];vm_mux_first_packet: is mp port allowed? allow_80_443_ports = 1 or connection from internal interfaces = 1;`  
  `[fw4_0];vm_mux_first_packet:Not calling vm_mux_start;`

## Cause

The reason for the UserCheck page not being displayed is that MultiPortal does not allow redirects.  
This is controlled by the value of the kernel parameter *multi_portal_allow_redirect*.
