# sk102113 - Extended CLI commands do not work for TACACS or RADIUS Users

## Symptoms

- * Users defined on a TACACS or RADIUS server are able to log in to CLISH, but are unable to run extended commands even after entering Expert mode after upgrade from R77 on Gaia.  

* When running in Expert mode, command `whoami` returns `_nonlocl`.

## Cause

In Gaia R77 and below, the default UID for TACACS and RADIUS users was assigned to 0.

In Gaia R77.10 and later, an additional option was added in the Gaia Portal, and the default UID was set to 96.
