## Symptoms

- Validation error in SmartDashboard when saving policy after modifications in 'Global Properties':  

* When saving the policy:

  ```
  
  Failed to save object firewall_properties.
  Server error is: Validation error in field 'non_scv_verified_hosts' at object
  'firewall_properties' @ 'properties' --> Wrong number of values for field
  '@hosts' --> The value '0' is not in the list of valid values '1~int_max'.
  (Code: 0x800415A6, Object validation Failed)
  ```

* After clicking on OK in the above error:  

  ```
  
  The current changes to the Global Properties are invalid and therefore
  will be discarded.
  ```

## Cause

The VPN global Secure Configuration Verification (SCV) exception rules contain references to non-existing objects.
