# sk101927 - Cannot view database revisions for the specific CMA / Domain Management after upgrade

## Symptoms

- * "The Connection to Domain Management Server \^x.x.x.x\^ has been refused" error when trying to view database revisions for the specific CMA / Domain Management after upgrade.  

* Fwm debug on CMA / Domain Management shows:

  ```

  [...DATE TIME] Failed to read mandatory schema file classes.C 
  ```

* Output of `mdsstat` shows that the FWM process of MDS is down, while all other processes are functioning.  

* Output of `fwm -d mds` shows:

* The `$MDSDIR/conf/classes.C` file may be empty

## Cause

Corruption in *$FWDIR/conf/classes.C* file on CMA / Domain Management or *$MDSDIR/conf/classes.C*file caused by upgrade.
