## Symptoms

- * Unable to Enable QoS on gateway
* When attempting to enable you receive the following error "QoS cannot be selected. In order to manage QoS, you must install QoS Security Management Add-On on the Security Management Server and have a valid QoS license."

## Cause

QoS support is not enabled under the Domain in Provider-1
