# sk101830 - High memory and CPU usage of all Multi-Domain Management servers in multi-site environment

## Symptoms

- * Output of "top" command shows that FWM process of the MDS is consuming 100% CPU (in "top", press C - the process will appear as "mds fwm").

* The following errors appear in *$MDS_TEMPLATE/log/mds.elg* file:  
  `Fatal error: CPMI Query on table grc_test_elements returned more than 1 object.`  
  `
  Failed to send reply on session with error code -1 (Communication path is congested)`   

  Or:  
  `Fatal error: CPMI Query on table grc_controls returned more than 1 object.`
* Debug of FWM process in the context of MDS (per [sk33208](http://supportcontent.checkpoint.com/solutions?id=sk33208)) shows the exact same errors.

## Cause

Default entries of *grc_controls* table should not be synchronized.
