## Symptoms

- * Gaia Portal - 'Software Updates' / 'Upgrades (CPUSE)' pane - 'Status and Actions' page does not show any installed or available updates.

* Gaia Portal - 'Software Updates' / 'Upgrades (CPUSE)' pane - 'Status and Actions' page - 'Important Messages' section shows the following error (depending on the Gaia Software Updates Agent version):

  * `Error: Could not connect to the Check Point Cloud. Check your connection settings (Proxy, DNS and gateway).`
  * `Error: Could not connect to the Check Point Download Center. Check your connection settings (Proxy, DNS and gateway).`
  * `Error: Cannot establish connection with the Check Point cloud.
    Connection Error, FDT - Unexpected error code. `
