## Symptoms

- Policy installation in SmartDashboard fails with:

"Name_of_Policy.pf", line N: ERROR: cannot find <ua_cs> anywhere
"Name_of_Policy.pf", line N: ERROR: cannot find <ua_phone> anywhere
Compilation failed.
```

## Cause

Support for Universal Alcatel "UA" Protocol is not available in regular releases (supported only in special VoIP releases like R65.4 that manages R65.2.100 Security Gateway). As a result, policy compilation would fail, if rulebase contains services that are using UA protocol.
