## Symptoms

- * SmartView Tracker shows traffic not over SSL (FTP, SMTP, and more) or Encrypted non-HTTPS traffic (FTPS and SMTPS for example) under HTTPS Inspection logs.

* Additional custom rules and/or services have been added to the HTTPS Inspection Policy.

## Cause

There is a misconfigured rule in the HTTPS inspection policy allowing other ports and protocols to be inspected.
