# sk101476 - When the password contain capital letters, if the user press Caps Lock and not Shift to input the capital letters, the first key pressed will be ignored

## Symptoms

- When the password contain capital letters, if the user press Caps Lock and not Shift to input the capital letters, the first key pressed will be ignored.

## Cause

The reason for the problem is that client is displaying the message regarding caps lock in special mode which is intended to provide help messages to the customer.  
When this mode is on, the first pressed key is used to exist this mode and the client did not register that key as being pressed.
