## Symptoms

- * Randomly, users are not able connect from any device.

* Debug of PDP daemon shows:

`ADLOG::AssociationDB::handleAssociation: Got [`*USERNAME*`] as user name, but removing it, as this is a known multi user host`

## Cause

If 7 (default) or more users are currently associated for the same IP address, the IP address is automatically considered a "multi users host". A log about it is issued, all of the currently associated users are revoked, and all new user associations for this IP address are ignored.
