## Symptoms

- * "`Enable Check Point SecureXL`" option does not appear in '`cpconfig`' menu.

* Running the '`fwaccel ver`' returns:  

  `Accelerator Build 'not available'`

* Running the '`cp_conf sxl enable`' command or '`cp_conf sxl disable`' command returns:  

  `ERROR: You cannot run SecureXL cmds on this machine`

* Running the '`fwaccel stat`' returns:  

  `SecureXL acceleration device is not installed on this system`
