# sk101218 - "Inconsistent information found..." error when loading SmartDashboard after a database import

## Symptoms

- * After a migration from an older version, "Inconsistent information found. Verify that your database is intact. Rule X, cannot locate object 'UserY@Any" error appears when loading SmartDashboard.   

* SmartDashboard does not show any user.

## Cause

The *fwauth.NDB* was corrupted prior to the upgrade/export procedure, during the upgrade the corruption is identified and the users database is not saved.
