# sk100789 - "Automatically authenticate users from machines in the domain" checkbox is not saved in Identity Awareness settings

## Symptoms

- "`Automatically authenticate users from computers in the domain`" checkbox is not saved in Identity Awareness settings.

*Example*:

1. Open Security Gateway properties
2. Go to *Identity Awareness* pane
3. Check the box *Browser-Based Authentication* - click on *Settings...* button - in the section *Authentication Settings* , click on *Edit...* button - check this box at the top - click on *OK* to close *Authentication Settings* window - click on *OK* to close *Portal Settings* window
4. Check the box *Identity Agents* - click on *Settings...* button - in the section *Authentication Settings* , click on *Edit...* button - change any setting - click on *OK* to close *Authentication Settings* window - click on *OK* to close *Identity Agents Settings* window
5. Go back to *Browser-Based Authentication* - click on *Settings...* button - in the section *Authentication Settings* , click on *Edit...* button - this box at the top was cleared
