## Symptoms

- "*Error has occurred while applying the Firewall settings (error 00351)*" on a Locally Managed Quantum Spark Appliance with Gaia Embedded OS when an administrator makes changes in a Security Policy.

## Cause

Possible causes:

* Application, service, and service group objects have the same name.
* Network object (for example Wi-Fi network named "Guest") and another network object have the same name.
* Active Directory has OUs with special characters in their names.
* Irregular characters on the names of objects. For example, you configured an external syslog server object in Clish and its name contains a space - "syslog server".

## Solution

### For R77.20.X and R80.20.X versions

1. Rename the application object, service object, and service group object. For example, you could name them *appobject* , *serobject* , *groobject* .

2. Add the renamed objects to the policy rules.

3. Install the Security Policy.

4. Either run the *runAllFeatures.lua* command in the Expert mode, or reboot the appliance.

<br />

### For R80.20.X versions and above only

1. In an Incoming, Internal, or VPN policy rule contains "Internet" or "Remote Access VPN" objects, then delete those objects.

2. Create a new network object that represents the Office Mode IP address, or use "ANY" for Internet.

### Troubleshooting

From the Expert mode, run:
`export TDERROR_ALL_ALL=5`
`fw_configload >& /storage/fw_configload.dbg`
`unset TDERROR_ALL_ALL`

Collect and send the `/storage/fw_configload.dbg` file to Check Point Support.
