# sk100491 - Pushing VSX Configuration fails after running 'vsx_util change_interfaces' command

## Symptoms

- Pushing VSX Configuration to VSX Gateway / VSX Cluster object fails after migrating the VSX Gateway / VSX Cluster from an Open Server to a Check Point appliance and running the '`vsx_util change_interfaces`' command:

Generating VSX Configuration for VSX_GW_or_CLUSTER_OBJECT. 
Pushing VSX Configuration to VSX_GW_or_CLUSTER_OBJECT. 
Failed to configure VSX_GW_or_CLUSTER_OBJECT with the following errors: 
VSX_MEMBER_1_OBJECT error :Internal Error - Failed to commit changes in the OS.Unable to obtain information regarding interface IF_NAME 
VSX_MEMBER_2_OBJECT error :Internal Error - Failed to commit changes in the OS.Unable to obtain information regarding interface IF_NAME 
VSX Processing Completed with Errors

Pushing network configuration to Virtual System operation has finished with errors. 
Refer to the messages retrieved during the VSX push configuration stage 
and make sure that the configuration you are trying to push is legal. 
If the problem persists contact Check Point Technical Support. 

Operation has failed.

## Cause

The names of old interfaces (that were used on Open Server) were not deleted from the database on Management Server after they were changed.
