## Solution

Follow these steps:

1. For Endpoint Security Management Server **R77.20** , [contact Check Point Support](http://www.checkpoint.com/services/contact/index.html) to get an improved SmartConsole.
The improved SmartConsole resolves an issue with R77.20 SmartEndpoint GUI client not being able to process the *trac.config* file correctly (which causes the clients to being deployed without any VPN sites inside).

2. Open SmartEndpoint GUI client.

3. Go to "Deployment" Tab.

4. Click on "Packages For Export" (on the left).

5. In the "Packages For Export" window, press "Add Package".
"New Package X" entry will appear in the list.

6. In the "Version" section, select the correct client version.

7. In the "Desktop Blades" and "Laptop Blades", configure the necessary blades for "All desktops" and "All Laptops" groups. In our case, it should include "Remote Access VPN" blade.

8. When "Remote Access VPN" blade is selected, the "No VPN site defined" will appear in "Settings" section.

9. Double-click on "No VPN site defined" - select "Use local VPN settings file".

10. Click on "Export Package...".

11. Select which versions of clients you would like to export and where to store the *EPS.msi* client packages.

12. Click on OK.

13. In "VPN Client Settings" window, click on "Browse" - select the "*trac.config* " file.

14. Click on OK.

15. The packages will be exported according to the configurations and will be located in the configured directory (see Step 10).
