## Symptoms

- After a fresh installation of the R82 image on a Security Gateway intended for Maestro deployment, the system loads a regular Gateway image instead of converting to a Maestro Security Group Member (SGM) image.

## Cause

A newly installed Maestro Hyperscale Orchestrator (MHO) does not distribute Maestro-specific updates until the First Time Wizard (FTW) is completed. If a Security Gateway is connected to the MHO before FTW completion, the Security Gateway remains on the regular Gateway image and does not convert to an SGM image.
