## Symptoms

- * Endpoint Security Management Server Jumbo Hotfix verification fails.
* During Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator verification, Check Point Upgrade Service Engine (CPUSE) displays the following error message:

  ```text
  Installed hotfixes are missing from this package.
  ```

## Cause

The secondary Endpoint Security Management Server contains a metadata that marks the private hotfix `UEPM_WEBUI_AUTOUPDATE` (also referenced as `BUNDLE_UEPM_WEBUI_AUTOUPDATE)` as installed.

The metadata entry exists in this file:

```text
/opt/CPuepm-R82/conf/crs.xml
```

The package entry contains the following status:

```xml
status="installed"
```

However, the hotfix is not installed in a state that the Gaia Portal or the `autoupdatercli` utility can detect and uninstall.

During Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator verification, CPUSE reads the metadata and assumes that the private hotfix is installed. CPUSE then expects the target Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator package to include the hotfix. Because the hotfix is not included in the package, CPUSE fails the verification and blocks the installation.

This issue affects only the secondary Endpoint Security Management Server because the primary server does not contain this private hotfix metadata entry.
