# sk1000079 - "mgmt_cli" show package command with "details-level full" tag returns "Null Pointer" error

## Symptoms

- * The Management API command `mgmt_cli -r true show package name <Policy package name> details-level full` returns this error:  
  *"Null Pointer exception: null"*

* The
  *$FWDIR/log/api.elg*
  file contains this API call error:

  ```
  WARN com.checkpoint.management.web_api.core.handler.objects.network_objects.gw.GatewayCkpReply.tryGetGatewayObjectResponse:216 [qtp518844745-740754] - Failed to get Gateway Object Response: null, possibly the input DleObject is a deleted Gateway object that originated from show-changes call
  ```

* The solutions provided in [sk178249](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk178249), [sk178284](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk178284), and [sk181397](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk181397) do not resolve the issue.

## Cause

The API request encounters an unexpected empty pointer in the Security Gateway object.
