# sk1000063 - SmartProvisioning Prompts for Administrator Credentials When Opened from SmartConsole

## Symptoms

- * After a Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator (JHF) Take 103 installation or higher on the Security Management Server, SmartProvisioning or SmartLSM opens from SmartConsole but prompts the user for administrator credentials.
* The previous Single Sign-On (SSO) behavior no longer works. Before the upgrade, SmartProvisioning opened without a separate password prompt.
* Rollback to the previous JHF take restores the previous behavior and removes the additional SmartProvisioning login prompt

## Cause

When SmartConsole opens SmartProvisioning, it requests an authentication token for the secondary application. This token lets SmartProvisioning open in the same authenticated administrator session. FWM does not correctly match the SmartConsole session to the SmartProvisioning request. SmartProvisioning does not receive a valid SSO token and shows a separate administrator credentials prompt.
