## Symptoms

- * After a Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator upgrade, Check Point AIOps stops receiving or reporting telemetry data from the upgraded devices in the Check Point portal.
* Running the AIOps onboarding or refresh script from the Management Server does not restore reporting for the affected devices.
* Restarting the standard Skyline telemetry services does not restore reporting.

## Cause

After the Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator upgrade, the local AIOps and Skyline telemetry collection path on the affected Check Point Management server becomes unhealthy. The metric upload process tries to send telemetry through the local OpenTelemetry Collector gRPC socket:

`/opt/CPotelcol/grpc_otlp.sock`

The socket refuses connections, indicating that the CPotelcol and Nano-Agent components are not in a healthy running state or are stuck after the upgrade. As a result, local metrics are not collected and forwarded to AIOps, and the affected devices do not report current telemetry data to the Check Point portal.

## Solution

?? **Warning:**Perform this procedure only during a scheduled maintenance window.

On the affected Check Point Management server that does not report telemetry to AIOps:

1. Connect to the command line.

2. Log in to Expert mode.

3. Restart the Nano-Agent component:

       cpnano -q
       cpnano -r

4. Restart the Skyline CPotelcol component:

       /opt/CPotelcol/CPotelcolCli.sh stop
       /opt/CPotelcol/CPotelcolCli.sh start
