## Symptoms

-
* After a fresh Gaia installation, a local Gaia backup restore fails before the configuration restore phase starts.
* The solution in sk105883 doesn't solve the issue.
* The restore log shows messages that indicate a hotfix comparison failure.

Example restore log messages:

```text
[VerifyRestore[Start Action]]: Comparing JHF files
[VerifyRestore[Start Action]]: Hotfix files do not match
[AppManager::Execute]: Fail to execute main procedure
```

## Cause

The restore process stops because the Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator information on the current appliance does not match the Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator information stored in the backup file.
